สิ่งที่คาดว่า hacker ได้ไป
- email addresses [อีเมล์]
- answer to the personal security question [คำถามส่วนตัว]
- information relating to Mobile and Dial-In Authenticators [ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัว Mobile กับ Dial-In Authenticators]
- cryptographically scrambled versions of Battle.net passwords (not actual passwords) [password ของ Battle.net ที่ทำการเข้ารหัสแล้ว (ไม่ใช่ตัว password จริง ๆ)
ถ้า Hacker สามารถ decrypt เอา password ออกมาได้
ผลทีจะตามมาก็คือ
Hacker จะรู้ user(email) กับ password
แล้วถ้าคุณใช้ password เดียวกันกับ service อื่น ๆ เช่น email, facebook, twitter, etc...
อาจจะทำให้เกิดปัญหาโดน Hack รวดเดียวหมดทุกอย่างได้

ฉะนั้นสิ่งที่ควรทำที่สุดคือ
ถ้าคุณตั้ง password ตรงกับ service อื่น ๆ
เช่น bnet ใช้ password ว่า abc, facebook ใช้ user email เดียวกันและใช้ password abc เหมือนกัน
ก็ให้เปลี่ยน password ของ facebook ด้วย
ตรวจสอบ apple id, twitter id หรือ id อื่นๆ ที่ใช้ user, pass เดียวกันทั้งหมด
อันนี้สำคัญนะครับ
ถ้าใช้ app Mobile Authenticator บน iOS ก็ให้ remove ออกจาก account ก่อน
ถ้าเป็นไปได้ ก็หา Mobile Authen ที่มี serial เบอร์ใหม่มา attach แทนนะครับ
(ผมมี iOS device หลายเครื่อง เลยเอาจากเครื่องอื่นมาแทนครับ)
